In the opinion of the Directors of the Manager, CapitaLand Malaysia Mall REIT Management Sdn. Bhd., the financial statements set out on pages 131 to 175 are drawn up in accordance with the provisions of the Deed dated 7 June 2010 (which was amended and restated on 28 October 2020), the Securities Commission Malaysia’s Guidelines on Listed Real Estate Investment Trusts, Malaysian Financial Reporting Standards and International Financial Reporting Standards so as to give a true and fair view of the financial position of the Group and of the Trust as at 31 December 2020 and of their financial performance and cash flows for the financial year then ended.
