CapitaLand Malaysia Mall REIT Management Sdn. Bhd. (“CMRM” or the “Company”), as manager of CapitaLand Malaysia Mall Trust, wishes to announce that with effect from 1 June 2021, Mr Lui Chong Chee will assume the role of Chairman of the Board and will cease to be a member of the Audit Committee (“AC”). Mr Foo Wei Hoong and Ms Tan Ming-Li will join the Board as Non-Executive Independent Directors. Mr Foo will assume the role of Chairman of the Audit Committee (“AC”) upon his appointment to the Board.

Effective 1 June 2021, Mr David Wong Chin Huat will retire from the Board and cease to be Chairman of the Board and Non-Executive Independent Director while Tuan Haji Rosli bin Abdullah will retire from the Board and cease to be Chairman of the AC and Non-Executive Independent Director of the Company. Both Mr Wong and Tuan Haji Rosli would have served the Board for close to 9 years upon their retirement.

The Board of Directors and Management of CMRM would like to extend their appreciation and gratitude to Mr Wong and Tuan Haji Rosli for their professionalism and contribution to the Company.

Following the above changes, the composition of the Board and the AC of the Company with effect from 1 June 2021 will be as follows:
