We refer to the announcements dated 22 July 2021, 27 July 2021, 30 July 2021, 3 August 2021, 26 August 2021, 27 August 2021 and 22 September 2021 in relation to the DRP (“Announcements”). Unless otherwise defined, the definitions set out in the Announcements shall apply herein. On behalf of the Manager, CIMB Investment Bank Berhad wishes to announce that based on the valid Distribution Reinvestment Forms (“DRFs”) received by CLMT’s share registrar, Tricor Investor & Issuing House Services Sdn Bhd on 10 September 2021, being the expiry date for submission of the DRFs, CLMT shall issue and allot a total of 17,585,000 new CLMT Units (“New Units”) pursuant to the DRP in respect of the First Income Distribution. The New Units represent approximately 57.86% of the total number of new CLMT Units, had all the entitled unitholders of CLMT elected to reinvest their respective electable portion under the DRP in new CLMT Units.
