We refer to the announcements dated 27 January 2022 and 4 February 2022 in relation to the DRP (“Announcements”). Unless otherwise defined, the definitions set out in the Announcements shall apply herein.

On behalf of the Board of Directors of CMRM, being the Manager of CLMT, CIMB Investment Bank Berhad (“CIMB”) wishes to announce that Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad (“Bursa Securities”) had vide its letter dated 8 February 2022, resolved to approve the listing of and quotation for up to 44,553,842 new CLMT Units to be issued pursuant to the DRP for the Final Income Distribution, subject to the following conditions: -

1. CLMT and CIMB must fully comply with the relevant provisions under the Main Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Securities pertaining to the implementation of the DRP;
2. CLMT and CIMB to inform Bursa Securities upon the completion of the DRP; and
3. CLMT to furnish Bursa Securities with a written confirmation of its compliance with the terms and conditions of Bursa Securities’ approval once the DRP is completed.
