We refer to the announcements dated 27 January 2022, 4 February 2022, 8 February 2022, 9 February 2022, 3 March 2022, 4 March 2022 and 28 March 2022 in relation to the DRP (“Announcements”). Unless otherwise defined, the definitions set out in the Announcements shall apply herein. On behalf of the Manager, CIMB Investment Bank Berhad wishes to announce that based on the valid Distribution Reinvestment Forms (“DRFs”) received by CLMT’s share registrar, Tricor Investor & Issuing House Services Sdn Bhd on 18 March 2022, being the expiry date for submission of the DRFs, CLMT shall issue and allot a total of 21,519,490 new CLMT Units (“New Units”) pursuant to the DRP in respect of the Final Income Distribution. The New Units represent approximately 54.59% of the total number of new CLMT Units, had all the entitled unitholders of CLMT elected to reinvest their respective electable portion under the DRP in new CLMT Units.
