We refer to the announcements dated 22 July 2022, 26 July 2022 and 28 July 2022 in relation to the DRP (“Announcements”). Unless otherwise defined, the definitions set out in the Announcements shall apply herein.

On 22 July 2022, CLMT announced its second quarter results ended 30 June 2022 and approved the First Income Distribution.

It has also been determined that the DRP shall apply to the First Income Distribution, which allows Unitholders to reinvest their First Income Distribution in new CLMT Units, where the gross electable portion will be the entire 1.95 sen per CLMT Unit (of which 1.92 sen per CLMT Unit is taxable and 0.03 sen per CLMT Unit is non-taxable in the hands of CLMT Unitholders) of the First Income Distribution (“Electable Portion”).

The DRP provides the Unitholders the option to reinvest the entire Electable Portion or part of the Electable Portion in new CLMT Units.

If the Unitholder elects not to participate in the DRP, then the Electable Portion will be paid wholly in cash.

The Board of Directors of CMRM wishes to announce that the issue price of the new CLMT Units to be issued pursuant to the DRP applicable to the First Income Distribution has been fixed today (“Price Fixing Date”) at RM0.5119 per new CLMT Unit (“Issue Price”), based on the 5-market day volume weighted average market price (“VWAMP”) of CLMT Units up to and including 29 July 2022 of RM0.5759, being the last trading day immediately prior to the Price Fixing Date. The Issue Price was fixed after:

1. deducting the First Income Distribution of RM0.0195 per CLMT Unit; and
2. applying a discount of RM0.0445 which is a 8% discount to the ex-distribution 5-market day VWAMP of RM0.5564 per CLMT Unit.

The entitlement date for the First Income Distribution and the DRP have been fixed on 15 August 2022.

Barring any unforeseen circumstances, the new CLMT Units arising from the exercise of the DRP will be listed on the Main Market of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad on 20 September 2022.
