We refer to the announcement dated 30 June 2022 in relation to the proposed change in the control of the management company (“Announcement”). Unless otherwise defined, the definitions set out in the Announcement shall apply herein.
The Board of Directors of CMRM, the manager of CLMT, wishes to announce that the registration of the transfer of 30% equity interest in CMRM from Malaysian Industrial Development Finance Bhd to CLI has been completed today. Accordingly, CMRM is now a wholly-owned subsidiary of CLI.
