We refer to the announcement dated 22 July 2022, 26 July 2022, 28 July 2022, 1 August 2022, 23 August 2022, 24 August 2022 and 19 September 2022 in relation to the DRP (“Announcements”). Unless otherwise defined, the definitions set out in the Announcements shall apply herein. On behalf of the Board of Directors of CMRM, CIMB Investment Bank Berhad wishes to announce that CLMT had, on 19 September 2022, issued and allotted a total of 47,363,371 new CLMT Units pursuant to the DRP for the First Income Distribution. The new CLMT Units have been listed and quoted on the Main Market of Bursa Securities with effect from 9.00 a.m., Tuesday, 20 September 2022. With the listing of the new CLMT Units, the total enlarged number of issued CLMT Units is 2,202,572,695, and the DRP for the First Income Distribution is now completed.
