Description	PROPOSED ACQUISITION BY MTRUSTEE BERHAD ("TRUSTEE", "MTRUSTEE" OR THE "PURCHASER"), ON BEHALF OF CAPITALAND MALAYSIA TRUST ("CLMT"), OF TWO (2) CONTIGUOUS PARCELS OF FREEHOLD LAND AND INDUSTRIAL PROPERTIES ERECTED THEREON LOCATED WITHIN KAWASAN PERUSAHAAN VALDOR, SUNGAI JAWI, PULAU PINANG, MALAYSIA FROM INGENIEUR EPCM SDN. BHD. (FORMERLY KNOWN AS DYNACIATE SPI SDN. BHD.)
We refer to the announcement dated 7 June 2022 in respect of the Proposed Acquisition (“Announcement”). Unless otherwise stated, all capitalised terms used throughout this announcement shall have the same meaning as defined in the Announcement. The Board wishes to announce that the parties agreed for the balance of the Purchase Price to be released to the Vendor within 14 days from the date of presentation of the memorandum of transfer and for completion of the Proposed Acquisition to occur upon the release of the balance of the Purchase Price to the Vendor. The balance of the Purchase Price has been released to the Vendor today and the Proposed Acquisition has been completed. This announcement is dated 14 December 2022.
