Proposed Change In the Control Of The Management Company (Announcement Pursuant To Paragraph 9.43(1)(A) of The Main Market Listing Requirements Of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad)

The Board of Directors of CapitaLand Malaysia REIT Management Sdn. Bhd. (“CMRM”), the manager of CLMT, wishes to announce that CMRM has obtained approval from the Securities Commission Malaysia for the proposed change of shareholders/shareholdings in CMRM. CapitaLand Investment Limited (“CLI”) has entered into a Sale and Purchase Agreement with CLI FM Pte. Ltd. (“CLI FM”) today in which CLI will transfer its entire equity interest of 100% in CMRM to CLI FM which is a direct wholly-owned subsidiary of CLI.
