We refer to the announcements dated 9 November 2022, 23 November 2022, 21 December 2022, 4 January 2023, 1 February 2023, 7 February 2023, 8 February 2023 and 23 February 2023 in relation to the Proposals (“Announcements”). Unless otherwise defined, the definitions set out in the Announcements shall apply herein.
On behalf of the Board of the Manager, CIMB wishes to announce that the Agreements in connection with the Proposed Acquisition have become unconditional from 23 February 2023 following CLMT’s unitholders’ approval for the Proposed Acquisition, being the final condition precedent under the Agreements.
