We refer to the announcements dated 9 November 2022, 23 November 2022, 21 December 2022, 4 January 2023, 2 February 2023, 7 February 2023, 8 February 2023 and 23 February 2023 in relation to the Proposals (“Announcements”). Unless otherwise defined, the definitions set out in the Announcements shall apply herein.

On behalf of the Board of the Manager, CIMB wishes to announce that following the bookbuilding exercise, the Board had on 24 February 2023 fixed the placement issue price at RM0.49 per new unit to be issued pursuant to the Proposed Placement (“Issue Price”).

The Issue Price represents a discount of approximately:

1. 9.8% to the 5-day volume weighted average price of CLMT units up to and including 23 February 2023 of RM0.5431; and
2. 6.2% to the adjusted closing price of CLMT units on 23 February 2023 of RM0.5226 after taking into account the last closing price of RM0.5300 less the advance distribution of RM0.0074 per CLMT unit.

CIMB and Maybank Investment Bank Berhad acted as the placement agents for the Proposed Placement.
