The Board of Directors of CapitaLand Malaysia REIT Management Sdn. Bhd., the manager of CLMT, is pleased to announce that CLMT MTN Berhad (formerly known as CMMT MTN Berhad), a wholly-owned subsidiary of CLMT, had on 20 June 2023 issued the following Unrated MTN of (“Issue 4-TM”) under the MTN Programme:
