Reference is made to the CLMT's announcement in relation to the Proposed Acquisition dated 15 May 2023 (“Announcement”). Unless otherwise defined, the definitions set out in the Announcement shall apply herein.
Further to the Announcement, the Board wishes to announce that the Trustee has on 29 August 2023, completed the Proposed Acquisition, in accordance with the terms and conditions of the SPA.
