The Board of Directors (the “Board”) of CapitaLand Malaysia REIT Management Sdn. Bhd. (“CMRM”), the manager of CLMT, wishes to announce that the Trustee Fee of CLMT has been revised from the existing fee of RM400,000 per annum to RM440,000 per annum, with effect retrospectively from 1 July 2023 (the “Revision”).

The Revision is not subject to the approval of the unitholders of CLMT as the revised fee of RM440,000 per annum is within the approved annual Trustee Fee prescribed under the Trust Deed dated 7 June 2010 (as amended and restated on 13 July 2021), entered into between CMRM and MTrustee Berhad.

The Revision is not expected to have a material effect on the net asset value, earnings and distribution income of CLMT for the financial year ending 31 December 2023.
