We refer to the announcements dated 25 July 2023, 27 July 2023, 3 August 2023, 7 August 2023, 29 August 2023, 30 August 2023 and 25 September 2023 in relation to the DRP (“Announcements”). Unless otherwise defined, the definitions set out in the Announcements shall apply herein.
On behalf of the Board of Directors of CMRM, CIMB Investment Bank Berhad wishes to announce that CLMT had, on 25 September 2023, issued and allotted a total of 35,332,383 new CLMT Units pursuant to the DRP for the 1H 2023 Income Distribution.
The new CLMT Units have been listed and quoted on the Main Market of Bursa Securities with effect from 9.00 a.m., Tuesday, 26 September 2023.
With the listing of the new CLMT Units, the total enlarged number of issued CLMT Units is 2,733,434,465 and the DRP for the 1H 2023 Income Distribution is now completed.
