We refer to the announcements dated 24 July 2024, 26 July 2024, 1 August 2024 and 2 August 2024 in relation to the DRP (“Announcements”). Unless otherwise defined, the definitions set out in the Announcements shall apply herein. On behalf of the Board of Directors of CMRM, CIMB Investment Bank Berhad wishes to announce that: the Notice of Election in relation to the DRP will be sent to all entitled Unitholders of CLMT (save for foreign addressed Unitholders of CLMT) on 26 August 2024; and the DRP Statement in relation to the DRP will be available online at Bursa Securities’ website at https://www.bursamalaysia.com and at CLMT’s website at https://www.clmt.com.my on 26 August 2024.
