We refer to the announcements dated 24 July 2024, 26 July 2024, 1 August 2024, 2 August 2024, 23 August 2024, 26 August 2024 and 20 September 2024 in relation to the DRP (“Announcements”). Unless otherwise defined, the definitions set out in the Announcements shall apply herein.
On behalf of the Board of Directors of CMRM, CIMB Investment Bank Berhad wishes to announce that CLMT had, on 20 September 2024, issued and allotted a total of 38,113,249 new CLMT Units pursuant to the DRP for the First Income Distribution (“New Units”).
The New Units have been listed and quoted on the Main Market of Bursa Securities with effect from 9.00 a.m., Monday, 23 September 2024.
With the listing of the New Units, the total enlarged number of issued CLMT Units is 2,872,381,115 and the DRP for the First Income Distribution is now completed.
