Pursuant to Paragraph 14.09 of the Main Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad, CapitaLand Malaysia REIT Management Sdn. Bhd. Grant of deferred award of CLMT’s Units (“Units”) to eligible employees under the CapitaLand Malaysia REIT Management Sdn Bhd Restricted Unit Plan (“RUP”)

Remarks:

*The deferred award will be vested equally over a 3-year period. On the final vesting, an additional number of Units of a total value equal to the value of the accumulated distributions which are declared during each of the vesting periods and deemed forgone due to the vesting mechanism of RUP, will also be released.
