We refer to the announcements dated 22 January 2025, 23 January 2025, 27 January 2025, 19 February 2025, 20 February 2025, and 17 March 2025 in relation to the DRP (“Announcements”). Unless otherwise defined, the definitions set out in the Announcements shall apply herein. On behalf of the Board of Directors of CMRM, CIMB Investment Bank Berhad wishes to announce that CLMT had, on 17 March 2025, issued and allotted a total of 33,856,268 new CLMT Units pursuant to the DRP for the Final Income Distribution (“New Units”). The New Units have been listed and quoted on the Main Market of Bursa Securities with effect from 9.00 a.m., Wednesday, 19 March 2025. With the listing of the New Units, the total enlarged number of issued CLMT Units is 2,913,822,083 and the DRP for the Final Income Distribution is now completed.
