We refer to the announcements dated 3 June 2025, 9 June 2025, 18 June 2025, 4 July 2025, 22 July 2025, 23 July 2025 and 7 August 2025 in relation to the Proposals (“Announcements”) and the circular to the unitholders of CLMT dated 7 July 2025 (“Circular”). Unless otherwise defined, the definitions set out in the Announcements and Circular shall apply herein.
On behalf of the Board, CIMB wishes to announce that the Proposed Placement has been completed following the listing of and quotation for the 409,836,000 Placement Units on the Main Market of Bursa Securities today. Based on the issue price of RM0.6100 per Unit, a total gross proceeds of approximately RM250.00 million was raised from the Proposed Placement.
With the listing of the Placement Units, the enlarged total number of issued Units is 3,331,275,483.
