Pursuant to Chapter 14, Paragraph 14.09 of the Main Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad, CapitaLand Malaysia Mall REIT Management Sdn. Bhd. (formerly known as CapitaMalls Malaysia REIT Management Sdn. Bhd.) (“CMRM” or the “Company”), the manager of CMMT, wishes to announce that the Company has given notice in relation to its dealing in units of CMMT outside closed period, details as set out in the Table below. Notes :- (1) Being the issue price of units in CMMT issued to CMRM as part payment of management fees to CMRM for the period from 1 July 2015 to 31 December 2015. The issue price was calculated based on the 10-day Volume Weighted Average Price (“VWAP”) of the units issued in CMMT up to and including 31 December 2015. This announcement is dated 26 April 2016. |
