The Board of Directors of CapitaLand Malaysia Mall REIT Management Sdn. Bhd. (formerly known as CapitaMalls Malaysia REIT Management Sdn. Bhd.) (“Manager” or the “Company”), the manager of CMMT, wishes to announce that the Company has on 28 July 2016 received a letter from the trustee of CMMT pertaining to the name change of AmTrustee Berhad to MTrustee Berhad (“Trustee or “MTrustee”) effective from 25 July 2016, following a change in the equity of the Trustee, wherein AMMB Holdings Berhad and its group of companies have disposed  80% of their  shareholding in the Trustee to Johari Low bin Abdullah, PL Advisory Services Sdn. Bhd., PLAS Capital Sdn. Bhd. and PLAS Equity Sdn. Bhd., each holding 20% equity stake in MTrustee.
