CapitaLand Malaysia Mall REIT Management Sdn. Bhd. (“CMRM” or the “Company”), the manager of CapitaLand Malaysia Mall Trust, wishes to announce the following change to the Board, which will take effect on 31 August 2018: -

Resignation of Mr Lee Hui Yeow as Alternate Director to Mr Lim Cho Pin Andrew Geoffrey

Mr Lee Hui Yeow has tendered his resignation as Alternate Director to Mr Lim Cho Pin Andrew Geoffrey to pursue his personal interest.

The Chairman and Directors of CMRM would like to extend their thanks and appreciation to Mr Lee for his contributions to the Company.

Following the aforesaid change, the Board of Directors of the Company will comprise the following members:-
