We refer to our announcement dated 10 December 2018 in relation to the Amendments and the registration of the Third ARTD with the SC (the “Announcement”). Unless otherwise stated, the definitions used herein shall have the same meanings as set out in the Announcement.
Following the registration of the Third ARTD, the Board of Directors of the Manager wishes to announce that the Third ARTD has been lodged with the SC on 12 December 2018 and submitted to Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad (“Bursa Securities”) pursuant to Paragraph 2.11 of the Main Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Securities on 12 December 2018.
