We refer to the announcements dated 21 July 2020 and 28 July 2020 in relation to the DRP (“Announcements”). Unless otherwise defined, the definitions set out in the Announcements shall apply herein.

On behalf of the Board of Directors of CMRM, being the Manager of CMMT, CIMB Investment Bank Berhad (“CIMB”) wishes to announce that Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad (“Bursa Securities”) had vide its letter dated 6 August 2020, resolved to approve the listing of and quotation for up to 17,447,813 new CMMT Units to be issued pursuant to the DRP for the First Income Distribution, subject to the following conditions:-

1. CMMT and CIMB must fully comply with the relevant provisions under the Main Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Securities pertaining to the implementation of the DRP;

2. CMMT and CIMB to inform Bursa Securities upon the completion of the DRP; and

3. CMMT to furnish Bursa Securities with a written confirmation of its compliance with the terms and conditions of Bursa Securities’ approval once the DRP is completed.
