On behalf of the Board of Directors of the Manager ("Board"), the management company of CMMT, Maybank Investment Bank Berhad ("Maybank IB") wishes to announce that the Manager and the Trustee have on 28 October 2020 entered into a new amended and restated deed constituting CMMT ("Fourth Amended and Restated Deed") to amend and restate the Third Amended and Restated Deed.
