To the Unitholders of CapitaLand Malaysia Mall Trust
(Established in Malaysia)
We have acted as Trustee of CapitaLand Malaysia Mall Trust (CMMT) for the financial year ended 31 December
2015. In our opinion and to the best of our knowledge, CapitaLand Malaysia Mall REIT Management Sdn. Bhd.
(formerly known as CapitaMalls Malaysia REIT Management Sdn. Bhd.), the Manager of CMMT, has managed
CMMT in accordance with the limitations imposed on the investment powers of the Manager and the Trustee under
the Deed dated 7 June 2010 (which was amended and restated on 15 September 2015) (the Deed), the Capital
Markets and Services Act, 2007, Securities Commission Malaysia’s Guidelines on Real Estate Investment Trusts
and other applicable laws during the financial year then ended.
We have also ensured the following:
(a) the valuation/pricing is carried out in accordance with the Deed and other regulatory requirements; and
(b) the creation of units is carried out in accordance with the Deed and other regulatory requirements.
We confirm that the income distributions declared and paid during the financial year ended 31 December 2015
are in line with and are reflective of the objectives of CMMT.
